When the sun set 24 animated shorts were projected onto the facade of the Electric Windows Building. Each animation was inspired by one of the pieces of art on the building. Below are stills from our animation. We illustrated a golden owl, printed the materials on transparencies and filmed the motions of the owl in flight through a tank of water. We created roughly 100 illustrations based off of clips from the show. There were also numerous logo explorations that we created with Zoe English Manville. The final illustrations and logo were used on the opening credits. This became the branding for the entire series.
